The Centre experts were the first ones in Ukraine to introduce Vojta diagnostics and Vojta therapy. This method is called by the name of its inventor, Czech doctor Vaclav Vojta. This unique technique is based on the use of inborn motor reflexes and allows to identify motor disorders in the child during the first year of life. The treatment requires a lot of time and effort and involves regular continuous numerous repetitions of the special exercises. Parents can learn Vojta technique and help the child themselves.Medical psychologists together with speech therapists and teachers diagnose the developmental level of the child's psychic and speech functions, provide consultative, psycho-therapeutic and pedagogical assistance including harmonizing social-psychological atmosphere in the family. |
